Usage (aquarium)

Place the substrate disc in a clean container and gradually add a small amount of warm (dechlorinated) water to let it swell. Once the substrate is fully rehydrated and cooled, gently squeeze it so it is moist like a sponge, then transfer it to your culture bin. Add your Grindal worm strain and place your harvest plate on top.
