Free shipping for any order reaching $350 or more, before taxes and after discounts are applied.

For any order of feeder insects, free shipping is offered only if the chosen shipping method is Expedibus. (in cases where delivery by our trucks is not available in your area)

Otherwise, the shipping fees are as follows:

• For orders from $0.01 to $149.99: $34.99
• For orders from $150 to $249.99: $24.99
• For orders from $250 to $349.99: $19.99
• For orders of $350 and more: FREE

(Fees may change in remote areas)

Winter shipments and heatwave periods

Live items are shipped in a thermal or insulated box, with a device to regulate the internal temperature.

During winter, for any order containing live items totaling less than $350 before taxes, a $9.99 surcharge will be added to help cover specialized packaging costs (amount based on the standard shipping rate for your area).

Weather Conditions

• No live items will be shipped by carrier if the outside temperature falls below -30 °C or above 35°C.

(Any warranty is suspended if weather conditions fall below -15 °C or above 30°C, except if
the shipment is made via Expedibus)

Receipt Guarantee – Insects and Other Live Items

• If more than 50% of the specimens in a culture arrive dead, La Swamp will replace the loss free of charge at the earliest possible date, or fully refund the value of the loss, according to the customer's preference.

• If less than 50% of the specimens have died, a pro rata credit of the item's value will be applied to the customer's account.

Plant Guarantee

• Plants are guaranteed for a period of 7 days following receipt, provided that the above conditions (same-day receipt, temperature, etc.) have been met.

Holiday Period

• From December 10 to January 1, no guarantee is offered on live orders not shipped via Expedibus, due to frequent postal delays during
  this period.

• The customer may still choose to order at their own risk.

Warranty Validity Conditions:

• Someone must be present to receive the package on the day of delivery.

• In the case of shipment via Expedibus, the package must be picked up the same day it arrives or at the latest the next morning if received shortly before the station's closing hours.

• If the package is returned to the sender for a second delivery attempt, the warranty becomes void, unless the delay is clearly attributable to the carrier.

Required Proof:

• A photo or video must be provided to confirm the death of the specimens and allow the warranty to be applied.

Timeframe to Report a Problem:

• Any claim related to mortality upon receipt must be made within a maximum of 6 hours following receipt. (After this period, the warranty on death upon receipt may not apply; the case will be reviewed).

For your first order, you receive a 15% discount, provided the order is fully paid within NET7 (7 days to make the payment, this clause must be mentioned by the client during their first order).

3.4. Overdue accounts

If a client is late with payment, they may
continue to order. However, if balances are not settled within a
45-day period (i.e., 30 days overdue), La Swamp reserves the right to refuse any new orders.

In case of payment delay exceeding 75
days (i.e., 60 days overdue), La Swamp may cancel all ongoing orders and, if necessary, take legal action to recover unpaid amounts.

3.5. Interest on late payments

An annual interest rate of 26.82% will be applied on any unpaid balance after 30 days.

If a customer is late in payment, they may continue to place orders. However, if balances are not settled within a
45-day period (i.e., 30 days overdue), La Swamp reserves the right to refuse any new orders.

     
In case of payment delay exceeding 75 days (i.e., 60 days overdue), La Swamp will cancel all ongoing orders and, if necessary, undertake legal actions to recover unpaid amounts.
